Taylor and Chandler at Blue Vista in Manhattan, Kansas

Taylor and Chandler got married in June right outside of Manhattan, Kansas at Blue Vista, which overlooks Tuttle Creek and has an amazing view of the Kansas prairie.

This was quite an epic wedding, over 300 guests, a large bridal party, several floral installations to create on site during a two day set up, fresh and dried florals for texture and the prettiest, most colorful spring palette.

Oh btw there was also a tornado! In typical Kansas fashion, a bright sunny day turned around in the blink of an eye. Luckily for these two, they didn’t seem to mind at all. In fact, it seemed to make the night even better. Even when the power went out, they made the most of it, lighting all the taper candles (that we were originally not allowed to light) to create a perfect glow in the room. The first dance with the storm in the background looked so special.

As much as I could talk about the table decor and flowers we used, it was really Taylor herself who stole the show in her amazing Rue De Seine dress, killer custom hat, layered jewelry from Sierra Winter and braided hair with tucked in florals. She truly was the ultimate boho bride.

Check out the beautiful photos by Brooke Taelor below, including the coolest couple portrait with the sky after the storm!
