The four year anniversary of my wedding! Ferrell and Jay at The Guild: Part One-Getting Ready

It’s been four years since I got married to my favorite person and I haven’t even blogged it yet! So enjoy this series of my wedding photos in several parts, starting with the beginning of the day: Getting Ready.

My ladies and I got our hair and makeup done at The Hair Parlour in the Crossroads district of Kansas City before getting dressed and starting photos at our old shop location down the street. My mom helped me get my Laudae dress on and then I stared at myself in the mirror for a little because it is the best I’ve ever looked. We took portraits and bridesmaids pics in the alley and Kaley got the most beautiful shots of my bridal bouquet that (of course) I made myself. The we loaded up on the party bus to head to the first look at the Crossroads Hotel .

The guys got ready a few blocks away in the Pendergast Suite at the same hotel. My handsome husband wore a custom blue pattered suit from a local company called Houndstooth. The portraits of the groomsmen at the pool table and booth are some of my favorite group shots from the day.

Photos from Kaley from Kansas below! First look and bridal party photos coming in part two!
